Vitamins, mineral salts, antioxidants. These are the basic substances for a younger, fuller and brighter complexion. Precious to counteract the oxidizing actions triggered by free radicals is an excellent ally to counter wrinkles and skin off.

An important food to combat skin aging is vinegar. Its pH is similar to that of the skin and is able to rebalance dryness and fat.
